About the Role
We're looking for Platform Engineer with specific Chef and Ruby knowledge, to join our growing team focused on creating world-class engineering capabilities for our clients, which include everything from cutting-edge cloud solutions to long-standing legacy systems. In this role, you’ll play a key part in improving technology landscape by bringing your, strong platform engineering skills, framework building know-how, to navigate across services, platforms, and teams to make sure quality is built in at every step.
What You Will Bring
A strong background in platform or software engineering, with proven experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable developer-centric platforms (e.g., implementing CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and observability solutions)
Recent commercial experience using Chef at scale (Chef Servre, Policyfiles, custom cookbooks, test kitchen)
Strong Ruby development skills, particularly for Chef custom resources and automation tooling.
Experience in developing and implementing high-value, reusable, and secure API connectors to integrate various services and data sources.
A strategic mindset, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
Experience collaborating across diverse teams and business units to align quality engineering efforts with a variety of tech stacks and strategic business goals.
