Role Overview

We're seeking experienced engineers who thrive on solving complex delivery challenges and are passionate about modernising software engineering practices. As a QCE, you'll work across our client engagements to transform their Route to Live, optimise development workflows, and implement modern engineering practices.


What You'll Need

  • Strong software engineering background with experience in quality engineering, cloud platforms, or DevOps
  • Proven track record of improving development workflows and delivery pipelines
  • Knowledge of Git workflows, branching strategies, and CI/CD practices 
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
  • Excellence in technical communication and stakeholder management
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on practical, maintainable solutions.


Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Understanding of container technologies and orchestration - Knowledge of test automation frameworks and practices
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
