About the role:
We are looking for a Site Reliability Lead (Quality Cloud Architect) who want to join and grow a high-performing team which aims to help create a world class engineering capability. The technologies used will be wide ranging and varied. You will be energetic to learn and pick up new technologies and work across different clients and sectors. In this role we will be bringing together the traditional responsibilities across Quality Engineering, DevOps and Cloud Engineering.

Working collaboratively with our clients, your responsibilities as a Quality Cloud Architect will focus on:

• Strategy: Understanding current landscapes and providing recommendations that deliver the greatest business value
  
• Enablement: Implementing innovative techniques and processes to enhance engineering capabilities in the Route to Live, while empowering clients to develop ownership
  
• Extension: Delivering engineering solutions across QCE areas that enhance existing client systems while improving their Route to Live.

For the SRE Lead/Principal Engineer we're looking for someone with technical knowledge in: 

• Proven experience in SRE/ platform engineering

• Technical lead capability along with mentoring junior staff.

• Proficiency in scripting and coding languages such as Python, Go, or JavaScript.

• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.

• Experience deploying scalable cloud workloads on cloud platforms such AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as GitHub Actions.
