I am a globally experienced Tech, IT & management professional, I started my career in 1993 when there wasn’t any Internet in Bulgaria, not even a single website, blog, or news feed.  My expertise lies in design, pragmatic implementation and management of services and products which enables global businesses to achieve sustainable transformation.   I thrive when I'm building and mentoring high performance teams who have exceptional technical capabilities and attitudes.

After many years working for medium sized and large enterprise organisations, I decided to step into the world of start ups and met with the incredible personalities from ClearRoute, joining in the summer of 2023 as the Managing Director for Bulgaria.
